I think that you could have constructed a Web Page a little less rude, and more constructive. You just wasted your precious time, to waste space on the Web!!!!!!!!! GET A LIFE

On Thursday the 11th of December 1997 I sent her this reply:

Hi there.

I seem to have offended you in some personal way? Or possibly it's just my presence that offends. Either way, you seem to dislike even the idea of my web page. Well for that, I apologise, but I'm afraid there isn't much I can do to help. Possibly if you were to tell me exactly which parts of my site you felt were lacking in even the most minor of social graces, then I could in some small way rectify my position in your eyes. Failing that, you'll just have to stay clear of what you obviously feel is an abomination, a travesty, a meagre excuse for a site that deserves no praise at all.

Your's is the only complaint that has so far reached my ears (or in this case eyes). I realise that I have on rare occassions used profanities, but I felt that these words are a valid part of our language. You called my pages rude, and I have (I know) been overly sarcastic in parts, but I'd like to know exactly which parts you hated so much. If it's the part related to HoL, then I'm sorry, but HoL's just like that.

Did you see the whole site? Probably not. There's over 100 pages of nothing much there, I realise, but just about everyone else who's given me any feedback has always enjoyed the refreshing change that this style of page gives from the myriad of other sites. Maybe you got frustrated by the labyrinth of basically empty pages between valid content. I don't know.

But could you at least give me some valid criticism, rather than throwing me derogatory insults with multiple exclamation marks. And I *do* have a life. That's why you'll have noticed that I haven't updated my pages or added any new bits for oh so very long.

Stelio.

There was no further correspondence. Odd that.
