Creativity

I had to come to this eventually, didn't I? This is my dumping ground for that embarassing stuff that you never show anyone; poetry and the like. The way I've done this, I've got three main pages - one for poems, the second for songs, and the third for fragments of other texts. Some of the works have got critique attachments that you can access. Most don't. Comments are, of course, appreciated. Please bear in mind that the songs lose something when not put to their proper music. As a particular point of interest there is a piece that I would like to link to separately because it has evokes such deep feeling in me; this piece is titled Testimony.

A fine gentleman like that, they said, had no need of books. Let him leave books, they said, to the palsied or the dying. But worse was to come. For once the disease of reading has laid hold upon the system it weakens it so that it falls an easy prey to that other scourge which dwells in the inkpot and festers in the quill. The wretch takes to writing.
