This 'song' is obviously satirical; a reflection on the quality of some modern day heavy metal songs, and also an excuse for audience participation mass swearing. The rhythm of the piece can be picked up quite easily, and varied as much as you like, but it's quite simply a farce of a piece. No more, no less.
As for the title of the song, 'Rad Demon Fuck Lotion' is an anagram of 'Duncan Milford Tooke', a friend of mine.
