The Incredibly Difficult Bastard Quiz™

There's a mix of questions here, nearly all of which I consider to be very difficult. You may be able to answer one or more. Get a few answers, and I will be very impressed. Personally, I do know all of the answers, so don't think that you can bluff me. You can't. Silly answers will be enjoyed and appreciated, but not rewarded (i.e. "twice the size of half its length" will score nothing for question 9). Where any wording is at all unclear, take the route of common sense. Marking of solutions and weighting of marks shall be determined by Stelio. An equal weighting of marks may be assumed in general. Clearly explained solutions will be afforded greater favour. A complete set of correct solutions may be rewarded with a cash prize of value dependant on Stelio's circumstances at the time of receipt. This paragraph should be considered as being a part of the quiz in a very real, and legally binding sense.
